The 6 separate dumbbell holders allow you to pre-sort your plates so that you can work according to your plan in the middle of your workout. The bore is 30/31mm, which corresponds to the classic bore of standardised weights, such as our Gorilla weights. The assembly instructions are included in the package and are not a problem even for non-professionals. The corresponding weights, which are not included in the delivery, can be easily purchased in the shop. As you can see - there is no reason not to take care of your own training area with the same effort as your body.
