The MOVIT® neoprene weight cuffs with thumb loops effectively promote muscle development and are versatile, e.g. for hiking, jogging, gymnastics, rehabilitation and much more. The different weight variations allow for individual training as well as the possibility to increase the weight accordingly. The weight cuffs have practical Velcro fasteners with which they can be easily attached to the wrist and cannot slip due to the practical thumb loops. They specifically support effective training of the arm muscles and thus increase endurance.
