Up to a body height of 160 cm, the gymnastics ball with a diameter of 55 cm is best suited, for a body height up to 180 cm we recommend a diameter of 65 cm and for a body height over 180 cm a diameter of 75 cm. The choice of colour is a matter of taste, although it makes sense to purchase different sizes in different colours.
