With the digital sports watch including remote control, Gorilla Sports provides a practical timer, which gives your training units a time frame. This allows you to focus on your interval workouts without re-setting your stopwatch or cell phone between the rounds. Six different programs can be selected without much effort. The clock counts either up or down from the set time. These settings can be easily programmed using the included remote control. The appealing design is rounded off with a digital display, with large numbers. So you always have the time in view.

Included in the scope of supply are the sports watch, a power supply adapter (for voltages of 110 V and 220 V), a mounting kit for wall mounting, remote control and instructions

You can choose between the following modes:

• stopwatch
• Countdown from 00:00 to 99:59
• interval training
• TABATA mode (20s training, 10s break, 8 laps)
• FGB1 mode (5 min training, 1 min break, 5 laps)
• FGB2 mode (5 min training, 1 min break, 3 laps)
